Today the real estate agent came out and we signed all papers to get this started. She put a sign in the yard and was going to go back to her office and put it on MLS. She was very impressed with the yard and interior and said it was one of those rare diamonds that a real estate agent gets. She was very optomistic that she won't have any problems selling the house.
We are now starting the process of going through everything and letting the kids decide what they want. We are getting rid of everything that is not essential to our travels.
